Case study: from start to finish

For the past seven years Precision Pharma Services has provided outsourced protein purification manufacturing to a major pharmaceutical company in the production of its hyperimmune drug. Working in tandem with a second outsourcing partner to finish, and a third to fill, label and package, Precision has provided exceptional service in the manufacture of the customer’s intermediate product. Recent changes in the relationship between the customer and the second outsourcing partner have forced the former to look for a replacement. Understanding the limited timeline for meeting the customer’s needs, Precision rapidly identified the existing space which would be used for the project, began reconfiguring the area, ordered equipment, generated validation protocols, and began manufacturing technology transfer and record production.
